Fit for Fun!

Our gym is about 100 m ² and structured into two areas: The CARDIO-Area with the most modern treadmills, ergometers and electronic chip card technology and the KRAFTBEREICH with all training devices for the several muscle groups.
 

With an appointment arrangement our trainer will make an efficiency test with you and the results can be saved on a chip card. With the help of these results an exact training plan will be provided for 5 weeks on the electronic chip card. Just put the chip into any Cardiogerät and it does not matter if you prefer walking, running or biking, the computer takes care that you work out with the right pulse and difficulty, to reach your aim - no matter whether it is fat burning or to build up your muscle.
 

With the electronic chip card your training success is guaranteed - no wild, aimless work out, but 100 %-of the achievement of your training aim by perfect data evaluation and control during the training. The only thing, which can prevent your success, is yourselve, if you do not work out. With the chip card there are no more excuses, because as soon as you have pushed the start button, you will reach your aim with observance of the training intervals!
